Intellectual Property and Recording
Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.
By participating, attendees grant permission for recording and use of conference materials for educational or promotional purposes.
Unauthorized recording or distribution of content is prohibited.

Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Organizers reserve the right to remove participants who violate this policy.
Health, Safety, and Accessibility
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

Liability and Insurance
Organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage.
Participants are encouraged to obtain personal insurance.
