Registration and Payment

All participants must complete the official registration process to attend the conference.

Registration fees must be paid in full before access to the conference is granted.

Registration fees are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the organizers.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at their discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the designated contact email.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the published refund schedule.

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, visa denial, travel disruptions, or personal reasons.

In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, registered participants will be notified accordingly.

Abstract Submission and Presentations

Abstract submission does not guarantee acceptance.

All submissions are subject to review by the scientific or organizing committee.

Accepted presenters must register to confirm participation.

Presenters are responsible for the originality and ethical integrity of their work.

Intellectual Property and Recording

Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.

By participating, attendees grant permission for recording and use of conference materials for educational or promotional purposes.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of content is prohibited.

Code of Conduct

The conference is committed to a respectful and inclusive environment.

Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Organizers reserve the right to remove participants who violate this policy.

Health, Safety, and Accessibility

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

Attendees must comply with venue rules and public health guidelines.

Accessibility requests should be submitted in advance.

Liability and Insurance

Organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage.

Participants are encouraged to obtain personal insurance.

Force Majeure

Organizers are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their control.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data will be used solely for conference-related purposes and handled according to applicable laws.

Governing Law
